The Fairies are a race of mechanic creatures whom Killy and Cibo meet first in Cave 8. They seem to be the maintenance workers of the Toha Heavy Industries complex. They must stay in the vicinity of a Structure Conversion Tower in order to live.
In NSE: Net Sphere Engineer they are seen flying around a Structure Conversion Tower.
