The Bio-Electric Corporation, also referred to simply as "Bio-electric" is a major company in the Capitol. They possess advanced technology, including guardians that look similar to the Safeguard and Silicon life. Their guardians are heavily modified, and some look like Exterminators and Silicon Life. Their President is a massive organism that has fused into the building itself.
Killy meets Cibo in the Bio Electric where they defeat the President of the corporation.
